Product design evaluation and mold feasibility analysis

Evaluate whether the product design is suitable for mold manufacturing, ensuring the design meets the requirements for mass production. Simplify complex designs to reduce mold difficulty.Ensure sufficient draft angles for easy part removal and evaluate material properties like shrinkage and wear resistance.

Mold design plan

Develop a mold design based on the product, selecting the appropriate mold type (e.g., injection, stamping, casting). Define parting lines for smooth demolding , while maintaining product precision. Design the gating system, runners, and cooling system to ensure the material is evenly distributed within the mold,avoiding defects like bubbles, warping, or shrinkage cavities.

Mold processing and Manufacturing
