In the design stage, the team determines the product concept and market positioning, completing detailed 3D modeling and initial design reviews. Designers use CAD software to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of components such as the frame, wheels, and braking system. Through structural analysis, the feasibility of materials and processes is assessed, reducing risks in later development.
In the early stages of product development, we use high-precision 3D printing technology to quickly produce the vehicle’s main exterior and cover parts. This allows us to verify the product’s geometry, detailed design, and certain functionalities. It helps to identify issues with appearance harmony and part compatibility early on, significantly shortening the design verification cycle.
The core structural components of the frame are processed using CNC machining with various metals or high-strength materials. CNC can create high-precision and high-quality prototypes to verify the product’s structural strength, material performance, and manufacturability, especially for components that need to be tested for load-bearing and transmission mechanical properties.
Once all components are ready, we move into the assembly phase for the prototype. Team members collaborate closely to install components such as the engine, frame, suspension system, and tires according to design drawings and process flows. We ensure that every connection point is securely tightened while adjusting vehicle parameters to achieve optimal performance.
Riding tests involve actual operation to validate the design and performance of the prototype, ensuring it meets the expected results under real usage conditions. This includes assessing acceleration, braking, steering, and climbing capabilities. Through testing, we evaluate the vehicle’s stability and comfort under different road conditions, which helps optimize the design and refine details.
