Product design

We can interpret your ideas through hand-drawing and 3D rendering, intuitively and accurately.

Structural design‌

We turn ID design into components while fully take into considerations for factors such as cost, material selecting, processing , and maintain service.

Electrical control system design

From battery management, assistive systems, and brake control to safety and intelligent functions, each component can be adjusted and optimized according to actual needs.

Engineering prototype development

We build a real, ride-able prototype to verify every mechanical structure and component performance to prepare for mass production.

Mold design & fabrication

After prototype verification, our team will be ready for tooling design.PXID is capable of independent tooling design, manufacturing and injection.

Frame manufacturing

We have a lineup of equipment such as CNC/EDM machines, injection machines, low-speed wire cutting machines, etc.

Paint & coating line

We offer full-process coating capabilities, including T4/T6 heat treatment, pretreatment ovens, primer curing ovens, and cleanroom powder coating lines, for premium product finishes.

Testing & quality detection

We carry out over 20 performance tests including road tests etc for the first batch of mass production, which exceed industry standards.
